Prime Yield integrates “Real Estate Disrupted” conference in London
Prime Yield was one of the companies invited to join the panel discussions at the “Real Estate Disrupted” conference, hosted by DLA Piper and held in London on 6 July.
Nelson Rêgo, CEO of Prime Yield, was one of the speakers at the panel discussions on real estate opportunities in Southern Europe, which took place in the morning and which, among other topics, addressed the issue of NPLs and how they could constitute an opportunity for investors interested in Portugal.
Nelson Rêgo also presented, before an highly qualified international audience, the 2017 edition of the research “Urban Rehabilitation for Residential Use in Lisbon”, which analyzes the supply of apartments integrated in rehabilitation projects in the Portuguese capital, considering indicators such as average asking prices and its y-o-y evolution, geographic segmentation and features of these products.
The conference “Real Estate Disrupted” brought together in London more than 350 industry leaders to discuss the main trends and developments of the European real estate market. The meeting was organized by law firm DLA Piper, who invited Prime Yield to participate.
