José Velez – Managing Director
With a Degree in Property Management, José Velez has an extensive experience in property valuations over 10 years of professional activity and has participated in the valuations of a wide range of assets both in terms of segments and locations in Portugal (mainland and islands). José Velez has held several positions of management and coordination in property companies in the areas of brokerage, valuations and consultancy since 2001. He is a property valuer accredited by CMVM and is presently following up the area of valuations for property investment funds and portfolios.
Jorge Dias – Credit Director
With a Degree in Property Management by ESAI, he has attended the course of Property Investment Funds Valuations in this same education institution. Jorge Dias has been working in the property area since 1999, accounting several positions as valuer and consultant in the credit area for several clients in the banking system. He joined Prime Yield in 2006.
Daniela Costa – Research Director
Daniela Costa has a Degree in Tourism Management and Planning by Universidade de Aveiro. Joined Prime Yield in 2009, integrating the Consultancy & Research Department. She is responsible for developing market reports about the property market in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries where the company has presence, namely Angola, Brazil, Mozambique and Cape Verde. As part of Research, she is also responsible for updating all market data and the several market reports’ developed. Daniela is also very active in the area of opinion essays, contributing to several newspapers and magazines.
