Prime Yield presents research about urban rehabilitation in Porto
Following the Lisbon’s edition launched early this year, Prime Yield has now released the research “Rehabilitation for Residential Use in Porto”. The report was presented on the 4th November in Porto.
Full room at Sheraton Hotel to attend the presentation of the new research developed by Prime Yield, an innovative initiative focused on the rehabilitation for residential use in Porto. About 100 people participated in this session, where José Velez, executive director of Prime Yield, highlighted the most important findings of this new report that now analyses Porto, after the launch of the research focused in Lisbon that was released early this year.
The research was produced by Prime Yield in association with Predibisa, SRS Advogados and ALC, the latter two being responsible for the legal insight. Besides the legal chapter, the report presents a picture of the current supply of urban rehabilitation projects for residential use in Porto, analysing prices, geographical distribution and types of apartments.
